Course fees, including any additional transfer charges, are due in full prior to the course taking place. Arrangement for payment after the course date must be made prior to the course. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to not accept future course bookings and to cancel delegates’ course bookings from your institution. We also reserve the right to charge interest on outstanding invoices at the rate of 2% per calendar month.


All cancellations and transfers for open courses must be requested in writing to enquiries@ranbir-arts.co.uk or via telephone to 07466 728 505 and we recommend you receive an acknowledgement from us in return. You may substitute a delegate with another with no charge but please contact us in advance of your course if you wish to do this.

Settlement of your invoice must be made in full within 28 days of receipt or before the course date, whichever is the sooner.

From the date of making your booking with us you have 7 days in which to cancel without charge. Thereafter your booking will be bound by our terms and conditions. Postponement of in-house training carries a £90 administration fee. If less than 14 days before the in-house training event, a postponement fee of up to 25% may be charged. All cancellations must be received in writing to enquiries@ranbir-arts.co.uk


Any discounts on workshops/courses are exclusive – they cannot be combined. Except for pre-agreed discounts, the higher discount will always be applied. Where discounts are offered these must be requested at the time of booking, and will not automatically be applied. In cases where a free gift is offered, this will be delivered to the chosen address following full payment and the delegate’s attendance on the course, and only when the relevant gift code is quoted at the time of booking.


From the date of making your booking with us, whether online, phone, fax, or post, you have 7 days from which to make a cancellation without charge.
